Oh my god! I am a Google search!

Try this... go to Google and type "sauniere history." My page is the FOURTH page that pops up! How pathetic is that? I put up a single page about Abbe Sauniere on my diary and now people who are perhaps trying to do serious research into the subject are stumbling across it?

I have suddenly lost so much faith in the Internet! When hooligans like me can write a (perhaps) misguided stab at history on a single webpage and suddenly become a searchable resource, something is wrong.

Wow, this is really profound. I feel like so much weight has been put upon my shoulders. Like I must now bear the Historical Torch for dead ol' Sauniere.
